My role
During my time at Mastercard, I’ve helped shape the product design experiences of Click to Pay—for Mastercard and for the payment industry at large. I’ve held three different positions in Mastercard’s design organization and am currently the Design Director of Mastercard Checkout Services and the consumer-facing products within the product & engineering organization.

Director, Product Experience Design
Lead the Customer Experience & Design (CX&D) team to deliver design strategy and solutions for Mastercard’s Checkout Services (MACS).
Manage a team of 13 UX, Content Design, and Experience Researchers across MACS consumer-facing products.
Collaborate with product executives to prioritize the Click to Pay (C2P) design portfolio to drive adoption, repeat use, and conversion.
Manage the creation and scale of CX&D industry standards at EMVCo, representing Mastercard alongside major payment networks.
Designed and implemented design operations to scale high-quality UX across regions, achieving 11% increase in conversion.
Oversee design excellence for MACS customer enablement and design infrastructures to ensure cross-functional design efficiency.
Manager, Product Experience Design
Design lead for C2P’s embedded checkout strategy, creating web components for greater ease of implementation for customers.
Implemented new design QA process, reducing defects in production by 80% while increasing efficiency across design & dev teams.
Facilitated the creation of a 3-library design system (C2PX): UI components, content strings, and screen types used in C2P.
Founder of Inclusive Design at Mastercard, establishing principles across the CX&D Guild and into MACS.
Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design
Designed the MVP version of C2P’s user interface across checkout, profile management and issuer provisioning user experiences.
Represented Mastercard on EMVCo’s UX/UI Task Force and created SRC UI Guidelines v1.0 for the C2P user experience.
Defined pixel-perfect brand requirements for C2P’s design program that became the industry standard, adopted by all networks.
Created the first C2P Implementation Guide and UI Library to provide white-glove design service to new customers.
